• The Bus Information Window is located next to the Victorian Avenue entrance between the Oyster Bar and Promotions Zone.
• The Nugget Event Center Box Office is located outside the main entrance to the Nugget Event Center. Located near the intersection of Victorian Avenue & Victorian Plaza Circle and 10th Street. From inside the Nugget, use the exit doors on the Northeast corner of the building near the Celebrity Showroom.

Will Call tickets may only be picked up by purchasing party. Photo ID required.

Is the Nugget Checking Vaccination Cards?
We are not. If a guest would like to wear a mask it should be worn properly covering the mouth and nose.

The venue can seat more than 8,500 guests

Will food and beverages be offered inside the venue?
Yes. There will be bars inside selling alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Can I get a refund or exchange on my ticket?
No, all ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

The Nugget Event Center has convenient parking located across from the venue next to the Nugget Casino Resort. For additional details see our Parking section below.

Yes, available during select concerts.

You can enjoy Food Trucks outside the Nugget Event Center starting at 5pm.

What are door open and show start times?
Typically, doors will open at 6pm and the show will start at 8pm.

ADA Seating
Nugget Event Center offers seating to accommodate wheelchairs and those with visual and hearing impairments. These seats can be seen and selected when purchasing through Ticketmaster or by contacting NuggetEvents@marnellgaming.com.

Assistive Listening Devices (ALD) and Auxiliary Aids
There will be a limited number of devices.

Bars
There will be ADA compliant bars.

Entrance
ADA guests will have a dedicated entrance lane.

Parking
All parking levels of the Nugget garage have handicap reserved spots. These spots are first come first served. Vehicles utilizing handicap parking lots must display appropriate placards, tabs or license plates.

Restrooms
ADA compliant.

Service Animals
Only trained service animals or service animals in training will be allowed. All other animals, including pets and comfort animals are prohibited.

Traveling East on I-80

• Use the right lane to take exit 17 for Nugget Ave
• At the traffic circle, continue straight onto Nugget Ave
• Destination will be on the left

Traveling West on I-80

• Take exit 18 for Pyramid Way/NV-445
• Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Nugget Ave
• Destination will be on the right

Traveling from the Airport
Nugget Casino Resort offers a complimentary airport shuttle.

Free Self-Parking
Parking in the Nugget Parking Garage will be exclusive to our hotel guests and for qualified Platinum Nugget Advantage Rewards Members. You must present your players card and ID to gain entry into the parking garage. Spaces are VERY limited.

Public Parking is available in the Nugget’s East and West Parking lot and the parking garage next to Galaxy Theaters and The Bridges. Check availability at Portal.CityofSparks.us/pgc.

NUGGET VALET PARKING WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.
OVERSIZED PARKING IS ALLOWED IN THE FAR WEST PARKING LOT.

Free Park & Ride Shuttle
The best way to get to the Nugget Event Center is the FREE Park and Ride Shuttle Service. Available 5pm – 11pm.

Pick-up Location:

• Sparks Christian Fellowship - 510 Greenbrae Drive, Sparks (Greenbrae between Pyramid Way & 4th Street)

Drop Off Location:

• RTC Centennial Plaza Downtown Sparks - 14th and Victorian Plaza

Taxi and Rideshare Drop Off & Pick Up
Victorian Avenue in front of Bars/Merchants. Enter from Pyramid Way, turn around parking island, exit to Pyramid Way.

• No full face coverings
• No drugs or drug paraphernalia
• No professional recording equipment – photo, video or audio (detachable lenses)
• No pets
• No laser points, micro lights or flashlights of any kind
• No selfie sticks
• No noise making devices
• No balloons, balls or frisbees
• No tents or chairs
• No coolers
• No signs, flags or banners exceeding 11” x 17” or attached to a pole/stick

There will be a dedicated smoking area inside the Nugget Event Center.
